My name is Karen Herrenbruck and I have taught fourth grade at St. Mary's School since January of 1989. Previously I taught in Oregon public schools for six years, one in second grade and five in fourth.

I continue to teach at St. Mary's because I like the Christian atmosphere of the school. I can not only teach about Jesus by example, but I can talk about Him and share my faith with the students. At St. Mary's I can teach not only the academic child but the spiritual child as well. I also like the family feeling at St. Mary's. Parents are a big part of our school and I like working closely with them.
